Claire Borland is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Operations Manager for Smart New Connections at E.ON UK since April 2021. Previously, Claire held several managerial roles at npower, where significant improvements were achieved in operational performance for Billing and Change of Supply functions and Domestic and Business Join and Leave processes.
