Deborah Booth

Deborah Booth is an accomplished Operational Excellence Workstream Lead at E.ON UK, leading a team to achieve a 20% capacity benefit in operational areas since May 2014. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Deb Consulting Ltd, where Deborah led a transformational operational change program for Royal Sun Alliance across 10 UK sites, enhancing team skills and engagement. Previous roles also encompass positions at the British Judo Association, Regeneration East Midlands, and Capital One, where Deborah drove significant process improvements and operational efficiency, implemented membership growth strategies, and coordinated urban development initiatives. Deborah holds an HND in Business and Finance from Nottingham Trent University and Newark and Sherwood College.
