Lavagnoli Francesca has extensive experience in customer experience and strategic marketing, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience at E.ON Energia SpA since June 2005. Lavagnoli has successfully led initiatives including the development of a 5-year Strategic Plan, market research coordination, and product portfolio reviews. In previous roles, responsibilities included project management and regulatory analysis, as well as interfunctional project management within the Group. Prior to E.ON, Lavagnoli worked in business development at Golden Moments Ltd. Academic qualifications include a degree in Economics from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano and further studies in Economics & Management from the University of Mannheim.
