Rebecca Percy

Rebecca Percy serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Lead at E.ON UK since September 2020. Previously, Rebecca held various roles at E.ON, including Internal Communication Business Partner, where responsibilities included partnering with the Director of Technology and senior leadership to develop internal communication strategies and engagement campaigns. Rebecca also served as Senior Internal Communication Channels Manager and Internal Communication Manager, focusing on internal communications for large teams and customer-facing roles. Education background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
