Sarah Farmer

Sarah Farmer currently serves as the Director of Organisational Development and Engagement at E.ON UK since January 2022. With over 15 years of experience at E.ON, Sarah has held various leadership positions, including Director of Residential Solutions, Director of SME, Head of Service Delivery, Head of Customer Solutions Services, Senior Commercial Manager, Technology Strategy Manager, and Team Leader for Emergent Technologies in Engineering. Sarah began the career at E.ON as a Graduate Trainee in Engineering, which included a 9-month international assignment in Düsseldorf. Sarah holds a Master of Chemistry (MChem) degree from the University of Leeds.
