Denise had the opportunity to train new onboarding group and new team members shadowed the cases that they handled in real time.

Prior to working at Accenture, Denise was an Ice Cream Roller/Cashier at ICICLES from June 2016 to June 2017.

Denise Nyugen completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Denise also completed a Minor in Public Health from UC Davis. For their Associate of Arts and Sciences, Denise attended De Anza College and studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Denise also has several project management certifications, including ones from Coursera in Foundations of Project Management and Create a Project Management Tracker using Google Sheets, and one from John Hopkins University in COVID-19 Contact Tracing. Additionally, Denise is a Trained Mentor from Mentor Collective and has certification from the Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement as a Chapter Secretary and Youth Leader.
