翠 李 has a diverse range of work experience. 翠 started their career as an Overseas Sales Manager at Hongya Power Generating Equipment Limited in 2011, where they gained knowledge about Alibaba E-commerce and developed an understanding of the hydro power field. In 2012, they joined Eoptolink Technology Inc. Ltd as an Overseas sales representative, focusing on the Israel and India markets. Their responsibilities included acquiring and managing new customers. In 2014, 翠 李 established their own company named HONG KONG HUANENG POWER TECH CO., LIMITED, where they worked as a Marketing Consultant, specializing in selling hydro power generating equipment.

翠 李 completed their Master's degree in Business Management at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's degree in Business English from Xihua University between 2007 and 2011.
