Tracey Palethorpe

Tracey Palethorpe has a strong background in marketing, with a focus on leadership roles. Tracey is currently employed as the Head of Marketing at EORI (UK) Limited, a position they started in July 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at Customs4trade from October 2022 to July 2023 and at Rosslyn Data Technologies from May 2020 to March 2022. Tracey also has experience as a Marketing Lead at The Graphic Design House from January 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they worked at Thomas Sanderson as the Lead Brand and Communications Manager from January 2017 to December 2018. Tracey's earlier experience includes positions at Zurich Insurance plc, where they held various marketing roles, including Senior Brand, Sponsorship, and Events Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Product Communications, and Direct Marketing Communications Executive from 2000 to 2017.

Tracey Palethorpe attended Thurrock Technical College from 1998, where they obtained an NVQ3 in Business Administration and Management. In 2008, they enrolled in The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) and obtained a Diploma. In 2018, Tracey attended The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) for specialized training in GDPR in practice.

In terms of additional certifications, Tracey obtained multiple certifications including Growth-Driven Design from HubSpot Academy in March 2022, LinkedIn Marketing Strategy from LinkedIn in February 2022, Six Sigma: Green Belt from Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2022, Content Marketing Certified and HubSpot Social Media Certified from HubSpot in 2020, Programming Using HTML and CSS from Codecademy in 2020, SEO Essentials Certificate from Moz in 2020, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in 2018, and recently obtained certifications include SEO certified and Frictionless Sales from HubSpot Academy in March and February 2022 respectively.
