Heidi Schneider

Heidi Schneider is an experienced professional in service product development and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Digital Service Solutions at EOS since October 2021. Previously, Heidi held the position of Director Service Portfolio Management at Giesecke+Devrient Currency Technology, where responsibilities included digital transformation in customer service and global lifecycle management. Prior roles also include Field Service Marketing Director at Schneider Electric and various marketing leadership positions at DMG MORI SEIKI Services GmbH, focusing on internationalization and service products. Early career experience includes marketing management for DMG Used Machines and a freelance role as a marketing trainer. Heidi Schneider holds a Magistra Artium degree in Communication and Business Administration from Technische Universität Berlin and has also studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
