Paula Kainu

Paula Kainu has extensive experience in business development and performance within the metal materials sector, currently serving as the Head of Business Development & Performance at EOS since April 2012. With a career spanning over a decade at EOS, Kainu has held various positions, including Business Development Manager and Team Manager, focusing on aligning customer needs with EOS offerings and developing customized solutions. Prior roles include Global Supply Development Engineer at Sandvik Mining and Construction and Senior Engineer at Nokia, where Kainu contributed to material innovation and supplier assessment. Educational qualifications include MSc in Materials Engineering from Tampere University of Technology and Technische Universität Graz.
