Currently serving as the Head of Service Business Processes at EOS since October 2016, Timo Grimm focuses on advancing service business processes through enhanced digitization. Prior to this role, Timo Grimm worked at Mesutronic GmbH from February 2000 to September 2016, where responsibilities included leading the After-Sales department, providing technical training to national and international service points and partners, ensuring service quality and performance, and overseeing the After-Sales strategy for long-term customer retention.
