Prior to this, Ulrich held multiple roles including Technical Writer, Project Manager, and IT Administrator at Thewald Kommunikation GmbH from September 1996 to June 2005. Ulrich Starke earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Nachrichtentechnik with a focus on Technical Documentation and Communication from the University of Applied Sciences Leipzig between 1992 and 1996.
