Michael DuPras

Michael DuPras has over 20 years of work experience in technical support and customer service. Michael has worked in various companies such as EOS Defense Systems PTE LTD, EOS Technologies Inc., EOS Technoligies, Recon Optical, Kuwait Dynamics Ltd., ITT Systems and Securitas Deutschland. Michael has held roles such as Technical Support Engineer, Senior Field Service Engineer, Senior M1 Abrams Tank Mechanic, Shift Supervisor, M1A2 Tank Battalion Maintenance Supervisor and Manager Field Service. Michael'swork experience includes tasks such as maintaining and repairing products, providing maintenance training, writing technical and maintenance manuals, ensuring compliance with ITAR, QA/QC and ISO standards, and supervising teams. Michael'smost recent position was at EOS Defense Systems USA, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer.

Michael DuPras received education in military training, specifically in the field of M1 Abrams Tank System, in 1991 at BNCOC, and received additional military training in 1989 at PLDC. Michael obtained certification as a Fork Lift Trainer/Operator under OSHA Powered Industrial Truck Regulations in June 2015.
