Jeff McNeil

Jeff McNeil has extensive experience in executive leadership and operations within the technology and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., and Upstart Power, Inc., McNeil also holds the position of Executive Vice President - Advisor and previously served as Chief Operations Officer at Enphase Energy since January 2018. Additional significant roles include Senior Vice President of Operations at Energous Corporation and various positions at Cypress Semiconductor, culminating as Senior Vice President World Wide Operations. Early career experiences include roles at Heraeus, Digital Equipment Corporation, Seagate Technology, and Memorex. McNeil earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University.
