Melissa Rearick

Melissa Rearick has held various roles in Human Resources throughout their career. Melissa started as a Staffing Specialist at Altegrity in 2003, eventually moving up to roles like Employee Relations Supervisor and HR Business Partner. From 2010 to 2022, they worked at Polyconcept North America as the Senior Manager of HR Shared Services, Performance Management, and Total Rewards. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and Policies at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., and will transition to the role of Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations in February 2023.

Melissa Rearick attended Geneva College where they obtained a BS in Business Administration/Human Resources. Melissa also attended Duquesne University, but the details of their degree and field of study at that institution are unknown.
