Michelle Buczkowski

Michelle Buczkowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., Buczkowski has also held a position as a Board Member for the United States Collegiate Athletic Association since July 2024. Previously, Buczkowski was the Managing Director of Human Resources at Duquesne Light Company and held various leadership roles at 84 Lumber, PNC, Allegheny Health Network, Consol Energy, and Sterling Office Professionals, LLC. Buczkowski holds a BA in Communication Studies and Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh, is an ICF Certified Coach from the Academy of Creative Coaching, and is pursuing ontological coaching through Newfield Network.
