Helena Bermingham

Helena Bermingham is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. At EOS Fitness since 2014, Helena has progressed from HR Director to Vice President of Human Resources, eventually assuming the position of Chief People Officer. Prior to this, Helena held the role of Director of Human Resources at SBE Entertainment Group from 2007 to 2014 and worked as an Office Manager at Viceroy Hotel Group in 2006. Helena's career began as an Assistant to A. Barry Cappello at Cappello & Noel from 2004 to 2006. Helena holds a degree from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 2006.
