Zach Gutenson

Zach Gutenson serves as the Regional Vice President of Sales at EOS Fitness, initiated in November 2021, where oversight of new member acquisition across all Arizona locations is a primary focus, leading a team of 5 District Managers and 26 locations in the Phoenix metro area. Prior to this role, Zach held multiple positions at 24 Hour Fitness from February 2011 to November 2021, including District Manager and Regional Operations Manager, where responsibilities included leading the expansion into the Chicago market and managing full P&L for 11 locations in North Los Angeles and surrounding areas. As a General Manager, Zach successfully opened a new location in Redlands, CA, and built high-performing teams in Phoenix. Earlier experience includes serving as Fitness Director at Pure Fitness and various roles starting as a Personal Trainer in 2011, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise & Wellness from Arizona State University.
