Alayna Bergin

Alayna Bergin is currently the Director of Digital Marketing & Special Projects at EOS Hospitality, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Alayna held roles at MODIV as a Senior Consultant and Consultant from January 2024 to August 2025, and at IHG Hotels & Resorts as Senior Manager of Global Brand Strategy & Performance from November 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading brand strategy and marketing for Holiday Inn® and EVEN® Hotels. Alayna's experience also includes management positions at Georgia-Pacific LLC, with a focus on category management and strategy execution for various product lines. Alayna began her career in marketing during a student employee role at the Terry College of Business and an internship at KPMG US, where contributions included account planning and client service opportunities identification. Alayna earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business in 2015.
