Mike Givens

Vice President, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at EOS Hospitality

Michael Givens has extensive experience in digital marketing and eCommerce. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President, Digital Marketing & eCommerce at EOS Hospitality since December 2022. In this role, they are responsible for building digital platforms and leading hiring, vendor negotiations, and digital distribution strategy for a hospitality investment firm.

Prior to their current position, Givens served as a Senior Director of Digital Marketing, eCommerce, CRM at EOS Hospitality from January 2019 to December 2021. Michael also worked at Hersha Hospitality Management as the Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce, Independent Collection from July 2017 to February 2019.

Before that, Givens served as a Regional eCommerce Manager at Hilton Worldwide from June 2012 to August 2014, where they led the digital strategy for multiple hotels. Michael also worked at Marriott International as an Emerge SEO Account Manager from January 2011 to July 2012.

Givens began their career at TIG Global, where they held various roles including Web Marketing Analyst and Account Coordinator from October 2010 to January 2011, and May 2010 to November 2010, respectively. Michael also interned as a Web Marketing/Client Services Intern at TIG Global from June 2008 to December 2009.

Throughout their career, Givens has achieved notable accomplishments, such as driving revenue growth, expense savings, and earning recognition for website design and brand partnerships.

Michael Givens obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing/Tourism from The George Washington University School of Business from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Business and Marketing at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where they studied Economics, Literature, and Spanish. Additionally, Michael obtained a certification in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online in 2022.
