Matthias Schmidt

Matthias Schmidt has a diverse work experience. Matthias started their career as a Scientific Researcher at the University of Hamburg in 2009, where they worked until 2012. Matthias then joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Sr. Process Engineer Technology Development from 2012 to 2014. After that, Matthias worked at KPMG as an Assistant Manager Consulting - Financial Services from 2014 to 2016. Finally, they joined EOS Gruppe in 2016 and took on the role of Head of Operational Debt Purchase.

Matthias Schmidt pursued their education in physics, starting at the University of Hamburg from 2002 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a Dipl. Phys. degree. Later, from 2009 to 2012, they continued their studies at the same institution and earned a Dr. rer. nat. degree with a focus on physics.
