Wesley Meier

Wesley Meier has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and fields. Wesley co-founded and served as the CEO of EOS International, a nonprofit organization that provides clean water and economic opportunities to rural communities in Central America. Wesley also worked as a Global Shaper for the Global Shapers Community, where they supported the implementation of solar energy projects and facilitated global citizenship initiatives. As the Director of Programs at Boutifield International, they managed program strategy and operations in Nicaragua, focusing on improving access to clean water and food. Wesley served as a Mechanical Engineering Consultant at MODUS-ENG, an Operations Engineer at General Mills, and a Project Engineer at both DPR Construction Inc and Hormel Foods. Additionally, they worked as a Division Engineer at Grain Processing Corporation, where they provided technical support and implemented solutions to improve equipment performance and reduce costs. Wesley's work experience showcases their commitment to sustainability, community development, and engineering expertise.

Wesley Meier completed their education with a focus on mechanical engineering. In 2003, they enrolled at Iowa State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, which lasted until 2008. During their undergraduate studies, in 2006, Meier took part in a study abroad program at Swansea University, where they continued their mechanical engineering studies. Their academic journey culminated at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they completed the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) in 2022.
