Amanda Calabrese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative support and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at EOS Investors LLC since November 2022, Amanda provides high-level assistance to multiple executives, including the CFO, COO, CLO, CPO, CEO of EOS Residential, and Managing Directors of Acquisitions and Asset Management. As the President of ABC Sweets, Inc., Amanda operates a home-based baking business in Yonkers, New York, since October 2008. Previously, Amanda held significant roles as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Roystone Capital Management LP and Oak Hill Advisors, along with positions at L'Arte Della Pasticceria as Head Baker and LogicSource, Inc. as Executive Assistant. Amanda's education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Iona University and a Master of Education in Childhood Education from Lehman College, complemented by culinary training at the Institute of Culinary Education.
