Roger Mills

Roger Mills has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Roger is currently working as a Regional Director of Finance at EOS Hospitality since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Complex Director of Finance at Highgate from July 2018 to July 2019. Roger also served as the Corporate Director of Finance & Centralized Services at SMS Lodging, an Inc 5000 company, from June 2016 to July 2018. Before that, they held the position of Area Director of Finance at The Procaccianti Group from October 2015 to June 2016. Roger has also worked at Loews Miami Beach Hotel as both Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance, starting in March and July 2013 respectively, and leaving in September 2015. From October 2003 to August 2012, they were the Director of Finance at The Hamilton Hotel, Washington DC, and from June 2002 to September 2003, they were the Controller at The Hotel George. Roger started their career as an Assistant Controller at Radisson Barcelo Hotel (currently the Palamar Hotel) from May 2001 to June 2002. Roger's early work experience includes being a Business Manager at DCC, Inc from June 1998 to May 2001, and a Controller at Dunes Manor Hotel from September 1993 to June 1998.

Roger Mills obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business between 1985 and 1988.
