Ian Hella

Ian Hella is an experienced Audio Visual (AV) professional currently serving as the Regional Lead AV Engineer at EOS IT Solutions, overseeing operations under the Meta contract. Since October 2022, Ian has managed a team of 13 technicians, focusing on new build projects and employee training. Prior experience includes roles as Audio Visual Lead at EOS IT Solutions and Tier II AV Technician at Facebook and Microsoft. Ian's background also encompasses IT support and helpdesk roles, including expertise in Microsoft Office 365 migrations. Ian holds an Associate of Technical Arts in Web Development from Edmonds College and a high school diploma from Lynnwood High School.
