Launte Thomas has a diverse background in arts, media, and technology, currently serving as a Reality Lab Specialist at Meta since December 2022, focusing on provisioning AR/VR devices. Concurrently, Launte works as an Asset Technician at EOS IT Solutions, responsible for preparing various devices including iPhones, tablets, and VR headsets. Previous experience includes roles as a Security Officer with Creative Security Company and AlbinoPigGorilla Studio, where Launte also contributed as a Lead Animator and concept artist, developing animated properties and motion graphics. Additional work includes graphic production roles at various companies, digital artistry for Google, and content development for Adult Swim. Launte holds a Bachelor of Science in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from The Art Institute of California-San Francisco and an Associate Arts degree from South Mountain Community College.
