Tom Steen is a seasoned Presales Solutions Architect at EOS IT Solutions, joining the team in January 2023. With over 29 years of experience in Presales Network and Collaboration Engineering, Technology Leadership, and Trusted Advisory roles, Tom brings extensive expertise in networking, AV, unified communications, managed services, and smart building technologies. Prior to joining EOS IT Solutions, Tom served as Solutions Engineering Manager at SHI International Corp., where Tom led a team of 17 Solutions Architects and collaborated closely with Cisco Executive Leadership. Additional experience includes roles at Core BTS, Cisco, and KPMG Consulting, where Tom was instrumental in providing technical support and developing strategic solutions for various high-profile clients.
