Previously, Carson served as Chief Operations Officer/Integrator at Royal Oak Dental Group from July 2021 to May 2023, leading a 75-person company and overseeing its acquisition by Oakpoint, while additionally managing 13 practices in North and South Carolina. Carson also worked as a Dental Operations Consultant at Clark Dental Consulting and held the position of Operations Manager at HNI Corporation. Prior roles include Sales Operations Manager for KitchenAid at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a data analytics team and a manufacturing team, as well as project management for a significant software rollout. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Supply Chain Analyst and an Accounting Intern, along with serving as an Accounting & Finance Trainer at Brigham Young University. Carson holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
