Cesar Quintero is a seasoned entrepreneur and business coach with extensive experience in supporting business leaders to design impactful organizations and lives. Currently serving as a Partner at The Profit Recipe since 2013, Cesar specializes in using the Entrepreneurial Operating System® to help businesses with 10 to 250 employees improve traction and accountability. As a Co-Founder and Master Coach of Emprendedor Growth Model™ and an Expert EOS Implementer at EOS Worldwide, Cesar empowers second-stage entrepreneurs. Additionally, multiple roles at Entrepreneurs' Organization, including EO Accelerator Trainer and Global Forum Committee Chair, demonstrate Cesar's commitment to fostering entrepreneurial growth and community. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include Fit2Go and Rawbar 2 Go, and foundational corporate experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble. Cesar holds a Master's in Entrepreneurship from MIT and other degrees in Production Engineering and entrepreneurial coaching.
