Ryan Henry

Ryan Henry is a seasoned entrepreneur and leadership coach with extensive experience in business management and development. Currently serving as a Partner at Entrepreneurial Leap Academy since January 2023, Ryan also holds the position of Expert EOS Implementer® at EOS Worldwide, where expertise focuses on helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams realize their vision through the Entrepreneurial Operating System®. Previously, Ryan founded and operated Kincaid Henry, a construction management and real estate development firm, from 2005 until its successful sale in 2018, leading the company to achieve numerous award-winning projects in Michigan. Earlier military service includes a role as a Sergeant and Heavy Equipment Operator in the United States Marine Corps from September 1997 to January 2003. Ryan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management & Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University and a diploma from the Vineyard Leadership Institute, emphasizing team building and leadership.
