CJ DuBe' is an accomplished Expert EOS Implementer™ at EOS Worldwide, where service has spanned over a decade since June 2010. With extensive experience in business and entrepreneurship, CJ has held multiple leadership roles, including Global Community Leader and Head Coach, focusing on developing and managing EOS Implementer Leaders and coaching for enhanced client service. Prior to EOS Worldwide, CJ was a Strategic Partner at McKinley Human Resources and co-founded Oberon LLC, achieving significant revenue growth and overseeing critical business operations. CJ also served as Director of Permanent Placement at Robert Half and held a Business Development Manager position at Doherty Employment Group, Inc. Educationally, CJ holds an AA in Sales and Marketing from Alexandria Technical and Community College.
