Victoria Cabot

Victoria Cabot has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. In 1995, they worked at Burton Snowboards as a Product Category Manager, where they successfully launched Burton's Youth Division. From 2000 to 2003, they were the Director of Marketing at Nextec Applications, Inc., where they established an internationally recognizable brand identity. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at SKLZ (Pro Performance Sports), initiating marketing strategies for various sports training product brands.

In 2005, they joined Noble Biomaterials as a Senior Marketing Executive, where they delivered business results for multiple divisions and co-branded with Johnson & Johnson. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Vistage International as the Director of Leadership and Learning Resources, establishing best practices in leadership development.

In 2014, they founded Velocity6 Leadership Development, specializing in helping small and medium-sized businesses achieve their organizational goals. Victoria also joined EOS Worldwide the same year as a Certified EOS Implementer, helping entrepreneurial leadership teams crystallize their vision and become more functional.

In 2016, Cabot contributed to the strategy and programming of the first EOS Conference as one of the EOS Implementers. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at John Paul the Great Catholic University from 2015 to 2016.

Lastly, since 2022, Cabot has been the Director of Client Engagement at EOS Worldwide, creating and delivering strategies to engage and equip all EOS clients. Overall, Cabot has a wealth of experience in leadership development, marketing, and brand strategy, with a focus on driving results and promoting business growth.

Victoria Cabot earned a Master's of Science in Executive Leadership (MSEL) from the University of San Diego between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, with a Technical Writing Minor from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business.

In terms of certifications, Victoria Cabot obtained the Rocket Fuel Integrator Mastery Forum certification from EOS Worldwide in October 2022. Victoria also completed the Positive Intelligence Grant for Coaches Program offered by Positive Intelligence in June 2022. In 2018, Victoria became an authorized partner and certified facilitator for Everything DiSC (Wiley) through Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. Furthermore, in November 2014, they became a Certified EOS Implementer and EOS Franchisee (owner) through EOS Worldwide, LLC.
