Viacheslav Aparin

Viacheslav Aparin is an ambitious and creative HR Director with over 10 years of experience in human resources across systemic, large international, and public organizations. Currently, they hold HR Director positions at EOS Data Analytics, SETS - Space Electric Thruster Systems, and Dragonfly Aerospace, where they focus on developing and implementing HR and Total Rewards strategies. Previously, they served in significant HR roles at Delta Bank, the National Bank of Ukraine, and Pravex-Bank, contributing to performance management, talent management systems, and organizational strategies. Viacheslav earned a Master of Science in International Economy from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
