Karishma Khoja

Karishma Khoja currently serves as the Vice President of Training and Organisation Development at EOSGlobe since April 2025. Previously held the position of National Head - Associate Vice President for Training and L&D at One Point One Solutions from December 2023 to April 2025. Karishma's extensive experience in training and development includes roles such as Site Head Training ESRI - Senior Training Manager and Training Manager at CyberTech Systems and Software, Inc. from May 2019 to December 2023, as well as Deputy Manager for Leadership Training at Syntel in 2018. Other notable positions include Assistant Manager in Human Resources at EXL Services Ltd and Sr Officer in Training & Development at Mphasis. Karishma began a freelance training career in 2007 and holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Vidya Bhavan College of Commerce.
