Abha Rani

Abha Rani has a strong background in quality management and process improvement. Abha is currently working at EOX Vantage as the Global Head of Quality since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Gallagher from September 2018 to February 2022 as a Quality Leader, where they led transformation and transition initiatives. At Gallagher, they designed and deployed a productivity monitoring and resource utilization model, implemented transformation projects leading to significant cost savings, and led organizational initiatives to improve performance indicators. Before Gallagher, Abha worked at Atos Syntel from June 2010 to September 2018 as a Senior Quality Manager and Master Black Belt. Abha also has experience at HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Ltd as an Analyst and Black Belt from September 2003 to May 2008. Overall, Abha has a strong track record in quality management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
