Joachim Ungar

Joachim Ungar is a Geospatial IT Consultant with experience at EOX IT Services GmbH, World Bank Group, AIT - Austrian Institute of Technology, and Nexxar. Joachim holds a Mag. rer. nat. in Geography, Geoinformation, and Cartography from the University of Vienna. At EOX, Joachim provides applied geoscience and cartography expertise within a multidisciplinary team working on Earth Observation projects. At the World Bank Group, Joachim implemented a GIS model using open source tools to create country disaster risk profiles in Central America. Joachim also worked as a Research Associate and Web Developer in the past.
