Miriam Mabeya

Miriam Mabeya is a highly skilled sales professional with extensive experience in the geospatial and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Manager at EOX IT Services GmbH since July 2023, Miriam has also held volunteer leadership roles, notably as Country Representative for Women+ in Geospatial since August 2022. Previous positions include Regional Sales Manager at Ideate Technologies from September 2019 to February 2022, where strategic account management was a focus, and Account Manager for Local Government at Esri Eastern Africa from June 2013 to August 2019, specializing in GIS solutions for county governments. Early career experiences include roles in sales support and research, as well as teaching Geography and Kiswahili at secondary schools. Miriam holds a Master’s Degree in GIS and Remote Sensing from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Moi University.
