Kaitlyn Filanowski

Kaitlyn Filanowski is a skilled engineer with a focus on fire protection and plumbing, currently serving as a Fire Protection and Plumbing Engineer at EP Engineering since July 2025. Prior experience includes working as a BIM Engineer at Structure Tone and holding various engineering roles on projects for renowned clients such as Wells Fargo and Estée Lauder Company. Kaitlyn began as a Product Engineering Intern at Spartronics in the aerospace and defense industry and further developed leadership skills as Event Director at Kappa Alpha Theta Headquarters. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University, completed in 2023, and a high school diploma from Stamford High School.
