James Crankshaw

James Crankshaw has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. James has served as the Head of Business Development and Head of Engineering at EP UK Investments Ltd, and as the Head of Asset Management and Maintenance Manager at Eggborough Power Ltd. James has also worked as a Director at Howden Agriculture & Horticulture Show Limited, where they were responsible for managing the organization's finances and ensuring its charitable objectives were met. Additionally, they have held positions such as Engineering & Site Director and Head of Engineering at Sterecycle Management Services Limited, overseeing waste management facilities and designing new plants. James has also served as an Operations Manager at Metalysis, where they had responsibilities for multiple sites and various operational aspects. Prior to that, they were an Operations Manager and Engineering Manager at Contract Chemicals Limited, where they managed production, logistics, maintenance, and engineering activities.

James Crankshaw attended Newcastle University from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a BEng (Hons) degree in Chemical & Process Engineering. James went on to study at Lancaster University from 2005 to 2009, earning an MSc degree in Manufacturing Leadership.
