Velda S.

Velda S. has an extensive background in financial and tax management, starting as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at UHY Hacker Young in 1987. Velda then progressed to roles such as Tax Manager at PwC, International Tax Manager at APV Plc, and Senior Associate in the International Banking Group at PwC. Velda served as Managing Director - Tax at Hines from 1990 to 2019, where they focused on tax structuring, strategy, and risk management for cross-border real estate transactions. In 2020, they became a Board Member at Maxim Nyansa IT Solutions and later took on the role of Finance Director at ePac Flexible Packaging.

Velda S. completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accounting & Finance at the University of Brighton from 1984 to 1987. Velda is currently pursuing the FCA and BPF at ICAEW since 1990.
