Marcos Oliveira

Marcos Oliveira has worked in various roles since 2007. Marcos's first role was as an Infrastructure Trainee at Anatel, where they were responsible for maintenance of computers, support (software and hardware) to users, repairs/refresh in the Windows Server, install of net points and telephony and participation in intern projects. In 2010, they moved on to become a Developer Trainee at Ford Motor Company, where they were responsible for acting in HR Systems of the company, starting their career in JAVA support and ASP systems, elaborating documents and representing their group in weekly Change Management meetings. Two years later, they were promoted to Developer Analyst, where they were responsible for acting in HR Systems of the company, participating in maintenance of JAVA and ASP Systems with Oracle and SQL Server Databases, creating System documents, besides of the participation as Systems Analyst in some projects. In 2017, they joined VERX Tecnologia e Inovação as a Java Developer Analyst, where they were responsible for acting in a reformulation in a private pension System for BrasilPrev as a Java developer, participating of development with the team in new and best solutions. That same year, they also joined everis as a Solutions Analyst, where they were responsible for acting in a new insurance System for MAPFRE Insurance as a Java back-end developer, participating in meetings that define the development of strategies, helping the team in new and best solutions. In 2019, they joined ILAC as an IT Support, where they were responsible for support for a student management system included First Level Support and escalating specific issues, development of forms on Microsoft PowerApps and creation of flows on Microsoft Flow using Microsoft Graph as the information source, and creation and update of users using Active Directory. Lastly, they joined ePACT Network Ltd. as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for design software following best practices and automated test coverage, participate in team discussions on the product roadmap and technical strategies, and collaborate with team members to deliver features within the estimate.

Marcos Oliveira has an extensive educational background. Marcos obtained a Bachelor of Computation Engineering from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André in 2011, focusing on Computation Engineering. From 2016 to 2018, they attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo, studying Computer Vision. In 2018, they completed a Service Excellence for IT professionals program at ILAC International College, specializing in Customer Service. Additionally, they have obtained five certifications: Course of Architecture and Projects Design in Java from Caelum in 2012, Course of Certification DB2 Database – IBM from IBM in 2009, Course of Web Java Platform from Caelum in 2009, Course of Java and Object-Orientation from Caelum in 2007, and Course of Computers Maintenance from Microcamp in 2007.
