Fernando Pereira Monteiro

Fernando Pereira Monteiro has worked as a Phytopathology researcher at EPAGRI since February 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a researcher (Pos-doctoral) at LABORATÓRIO FARROUPILHA LALLEMAND from February 2016 to February 2017. Starting in February 2015, Monteiro worked as a Substitute faculty member of phytopathology at the Federal University of Lavras until February 2016.

Fernando Pereira Monteiro completed their undergraduate degree in Agronomy and Crop Science at UniRV - Universidade de Rio Verde from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, they pursued their Master's degree in Plant Pathology/Phytopathology at Universidade Federal de Lavras, which they completed in 2010. From 2010 to 2014, Fernando continued their education at Universidade Federal de Lavras, where they earned their PhD in Plant Pathology/Phytopathology. Additionally, in 2013 to 2014, they also pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Plant Pathology/Phytopathology at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech - Université de Liège.
