Alexandre Antunes

Alexandre Antunes has extensive experience in water supply and sanitation engineering, currently serving in the Direção de Engenharia at EPAL – Empresa Portuguesa das Águas Livres, SA since November 2016, focusing on project studies and competition processes for contracts. Additionally, since July 2015, Alexandre has been supervising water supply operations in the Vale da Pedra region. Prior roles include significant managerial and technical positions at Águas do Oeste, S.A., where responsibilities encompassed operation management, project supervision, and contractor oversight from 2001 to 2015. Early career experience included project development roles in various engineering consultancy firms, specializing in water supply systems. Alexandre holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydraulics and Water Resources from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
