Paulo Andrade

Paulo Andrade has extensive experience in engineering and water management, currently serving as the Technical Director of the Engineering Department for the Alentejo area at EPAL – Empresa Portuguesa das Águas Livres, SA and AdLVT - Aguas de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo, SA since July 2015. Prior to this role, Paulo was a member of the board at Águas Públicas do Alentejo, SA from March 2014 to March 2021, and coordinated the Engineering Department of Infrastructure Direction at Águas do Norte Alentejano, S.A. from July 2001 to June 2015. Paulo holds a Postgraduate degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2008-2009) and a Licenciatura in Recursos Hidricos from the University of Évora (1992-1997).
