Paulo Garcia

Paulo Garcia has extensive experience in the water utility sector, currently serving as Unit Manager at EPAL – Empresa Portuguesa das Águas Livres, SA since November 2012. Prior to this role, Paulo was an IT Administrator at AdP - Águas de Portugal from April 2000 to October 2012. Paulo holds a degree from Universidade Aberta, completed between 2006 and 2009.
