Rafael Miguel

Rafael Miguel is an experienced professional in environmental engineering, currently working at EPAL – Empresa Portuguesa das Águas Livres, SA, in a team focused on asset management and water loss control since May 2022. Rafael has extensive experience in financial markets as a stock operator at DEGIRO since March 2016 and has contributed to educational programs as an ambassador for EF Education First from December 2021 to December 2022. Rafael holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa, with a notable final project on active water loss control. Additionally, Rafael has held various leadership roles in student organizations, including president and treasurer positions related to environmental sustainability, and has participated in initiatives aimed at promoting marine ecology and community engagement.
