Kevin Young

Kevin Young has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. From 2018 onwards, they have been working at EPAM Continuum as a Senior Director of Client Engagement and as the Head of Product Experience. Before joining EPAM Continuum, they worked at Continuum from 2013 to 2018, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Product Experience. In this role, they were responsible for setting the direction and growing the Product Experience Line of Business. Prior to that, Kevin worked at Continuum from 1996 to 2013 in various positions, including Managing Principal, Principal, and Senior Designer. During their tenure, they oversaw the Product Design Group, led creative direction for product design projects, developed long-term relationships with Fortune 100 and 500 clients, and initiated several internal start-ups. Kevin started their career at David Cooper Associates in 1992 as a Designer, where they played a pivotal role in creating product strategy ideas and design solutions for clients in the consumer electronic and medical industries. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University from 1993 to 1995, where they taught courses in the Industrial Design Department and introduced new approaches and techniques to the program.

Kevin Young attended Syracuse University from 1987 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design. During their time at the university, they also specialized in Industrial and Interaction Design.
