Rebecca Pinn

Rebecca Pinn is a seasoned professional in innovation consulting and design strategy, currently serving as the Director of Innovation Consulting, Strategy at EPAM Continuum since March 2018, where previous roles included Associate Director and Senior in the same field. Prior to joining EPAM, Rebecca held various positions at Continuum, including Senior 1 and Associate 2 Design Strategist from January 2015 to March 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a Design Researcher at Pensa and as a Design Engineer at C&D Zodiac, along with an Engineering Planner Internship at Lockheed Martin. Rebecca's career began as a Special Events Assistant at Roseland Ballroom. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Product Development and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Carnegie Mellon University.
