Aleš Laňar

Aleš Laňar is a seasoned software architect and lead software engineer with extensive experience in cloud migration and development leadership. Between 2019 and 2023, Aleš served as a Softwarový architekt, focusing on migrating on-premises systems to AWS Cloud with Kubernetes and implementing CI/CD processes. Currently, at EPAM Systems since 2022, Aleš leads software teams, emphasizing component architecture and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Aleš also held positions at Air Bank a.s. as a system administrator and at CA Technologies as a senior engineer and architect, contributing to service virtualization. Aleš earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Univerzita Pardubice between 2009 and 2015.
