Anders Wiklund

Anders Wiklund is currently the Manager, People Lead for the Nordics at EPAM Systems, where they focus on driving growth through effective people programs and talent retention. Previously, they held several HR roles, including Senior People Advisory Specialist and HR Generalist, with experience in recruitment, learning and development, and employee benefits. Anders has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Linköpings universitet and has undergone additional HR-related coursework there. Their early career included roles in military service and customer support.
